Institute of Technology Bombay, Powai, Mumbai <\/strong> was conferred for his proposal for carrying out research work on \u201c \u2018U can\u2019- World\u2019s first self cervix screening device\u201d leading to portable hand- held solution, which any individual can use with minimum training.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t <\/div> Prof Pushpak Bhattacharyya, Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay <\/strong>was conferred for his proposal for pursing the research on \u201cShushrut\u201d- a system for increasing efficiency and diagnosis-accuracy of clinical workflow in Indian radiology using Automatic Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing leading to development of a suite of tools to reduce the burden of report generation on radiologists in India, so that they can concentrate on diagnosis only.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t <\/div> Prof. V Kamakoti, Senior Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering , Indian Institute of Technology Madras <\/strong> was conferred for his proposal for carrying out research work on \u201cDesign of SHAKTI based secure Micro-processor\u201d leading to development of Processor System-on-Chip (SoC).<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t <\/div> Prof. Sujatha Srinivasan, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Head, TTK Center for Rehabilitation Research and Device Development, Indian Institute of Technology Madras <\/strong>\u00a0was conferred for her proposal for carrying out research work on \u201cDesign and commercialization of an indigenous lever-operated orthotic knee\u201d leading to development of an easy-to-operate affordable locked knee joint for Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (KAFO).<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t <\/div> Prof. Subhananda Chakrabarti, Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Powai, Mumbai <\/strong>\u00a0was conferred for his proposal for pursing the research on \u201c Development of high resolution and large format (640X512 and 1KX1K) prototype Thermal imagers for night vision and surveillance applications\u201d leading to development of completely indigenous prototypes of large format, thermal imagers for night vision and surveillance applications.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t <\/div> Prof. Bikramjit Basu, Professor, Materials Research Center, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore <\/strong>\u00a0was conferred for his proposal for carrying out research work on \u201cDesign, manufacturing, pre-clinical validation of novel metallic\/ceramic dental implants\u201d leading
