Received Sudharshan Bhat Memorial Prize (in 2014) for the best Ph.D thesis in Metallurgical and Materials Engg. from IIT Madras

Recipient of Young Engineer Awards from Department of Atomic Energy (in 2010), Indian National Academy of Engineering (in 2013) and Indian Nuclear Society (in 2013).

Received research scholarship (in 2011-2012) from National Research Agency (France) to conduct collaborative research work on “Dislocation dynamics simulation of Stage-I fatigue microcrack propagation” at Laboratory SYMME, University of Savoie, France.
